Cosa vedere a Doha
Doha è la capitale del Qatar, uno stato indipendente della Penisola Arabica e non fa parte degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, quindi non ha alcun collegamento diretto con Dubai o Abu Dhabi se non un breve volo regionale.
La maggior parte delle visite dura tre o quattro giorni: sufficienti per la Corniche e lo skyline di West Bay, una serata a Souq Waqif, il Museum of Islamic Art e il National Museum of Qatar, più una mezza giornata a Katara o The Pearl. Le linee Red, Green e Gold della metro di Doha e i taxi Karwa coprono la città a basso costo; un'auto serve solo per le gite fuori porta.
L'estate, all'incirca da maggio a settembre, è estremamente calda e umida, quindi il periodo tra novembre e marzo è nettamente più adatto alle visite all'aperto.
